Alexa and Noah love pineapples!
This couple is all about having an easy going life, so their elopement had to reflect their laid-back attitude.
What they really wanted was the moon! Since they couldn’t afford a spaceship, they had to choose the closest moon-like scenario they could find.
This moon was found on a place not far away from Lisbon, just on the other side of Tagus River. We were amazed by how raw it looks like, almost like a desert. The white rocks and sand really make this place feel like the moon. It has an aura of calm to it. All the white around you, with the striking rocks, makes you feel quiet and serene.
Now, all that was needed was a dose of Hawaii! Alexa and Noah felt that the typical Hawaiian vibe fitted them both. They’re all about aloha spirit! Aloha is a way of life. A form of communion with nature, union with others, simplicity, and love. So, before marrying Alexa and Noah, the planners from My Fancy Wedding brought aloha to the moon!
The result was an explosion of color in the midst of all the white! The flowers, fruits and the greens from the leaves, that were used in the decoration, brought a natural coziness and joy to this bare and somehow harsh setting. It was a great combination of the rough nature of the location with the mellow colored elements of the fruit and flowers.
The mood was enticing, Alexa and Noah loved the vibe. Their elopement in the middle of nowhere was very intimate and their complicity shone through. Alexa’s dress fitted the moon and Noah’s outfit was very aloha! I really enjoyed the tiny pineapple he wore in his lapel.
This couple enjoyed every moment of their elopement. They were relaxed, really taking their time caressing each other. This was their moment and they made sure to make the most of it. Alexa and Noah felt like the only two people in the world!
This aloha to the moon elopement had a unique atmosphere, very elopement like. Two people getting married alone in a place that really seemed like in a galaxy, far, far away!
The Bespoke Bride blog published this elopement on the moon.
